Booking Policy

  1. Minimum Stay Requirement: All apartment bookings must be for a minimum of 30 days.
  2. Reservation Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full or agreed deposit amount.

General Rules

  1. Property Care: Tenants must not damage or harm the property, its furnishings, or fixtures. Any damages caused intentionally or negligently will result in charges to repair or replace the damaged items.
  2. Cleanliness: Apartments must be kept clean and tidy throughout the stay.
  3. Pets: Pets are allowed only in designated properties with prior approval. Additional fees and conditions may apply.

Payment and Cancellation

  1. Currency: All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  2. Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Tenant Obligations

  1. Compliance with Local Laws: Tenants must adhere to Canadian laws and local ordinances.
  2. Noise Levels: Tenants are expected to maintain appropriate noise levels and respect the neighborhood.
  3. Usage Restrictions: The property is to be used solely for residential purposes by the registered tenants.

Liability

  1. Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to tenants’ personal belongings.
  2. Accidents and Injuries: The company is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring on the premises due to tenants’ negligence.

Termination of Agreement

  1. The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if terms and conditions are violated.
